Horta Marina

Opened in 1986, the marina of Horta is one of the busiest in the world. Therefore, its traditions are well-known: sailors must paint their boat symbol or logo on the marina walls. According to the legend, this will bring the boat safely to its destination. So, whoever passes by the marina of Horta comes across an open-air art gallery in which the whole world is represented through creative and colorful paintings.
